The Lightning Division focuses on developing fundamental lacrosse skills. Lightning Division games are played on a reduced sized field in a 7-on-7 format. Teams are required to make two successive passes before taking shots on goal. Division rules do not allow for checking or excessive contact.
GRADES 5-6
JUNIOR DIVISION

The Junior Division introduces players to fully competitive lacrosse. Games are played according to FHSAA Lacrosse schools. Teams will play a schedule of 8 games. Teams will then compete in a single-elimination tournament seeded according to the teams' season record. The winner of the post-season tournament will be designated as the league champion.

SENIOR DIVISION

The Senior Division prepares youth lacrosse players preparing for competitive high school lacrosse. Games are played according to FHSAA Lacrosse schools. Teams will play a schedule of 8 games. Teams will then compete in a single-elimination tournament seeded according to the teams' season record. The winner of the post-season tournament will be designated as the league champion.

HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION

The High School Division prepares high school lacrosse players to take their skill to the next level and be able to compete during regular high school season. Teams will practice 2-3 times a week and play in tournaments during fall, winter, and summer.
